It’s not Sunday, but summer is finally here (at least in Germany)! And in 12 hours, I’ll be at the Dutch sea! Hopefully enjoying it like Sylvia Plath did 65 years ago! :)
The “Sylvia Plath Calendar” - 56 years ago today:
The Bell Jar was published in the UK on Monday, 14 January 1963 by Heinemann under the pseudonym Victoria Lucas. 28 days later Sylvia Plath committed suicide.

it will show how isolated a person feels when he is suffering a
breakdown…. I’ve tried to picture my world and the people in it as seen
through the distorting lens of a bell jar”

one time when I was 6 (in 1999) I had this exact camera and for some reason I took pictures of my butt and I told my mom I did it and she told me I could go to jail if I really did that so I freaked out and hid the camera and I never got the pictures developed so somewhere in my house is this camera with pictures of my 6 year old ass on it just waiting to be discovered
